steel & glass extention
A technical build with collaboration with multiple agency’s to ensure this particular property was built to the correct fire safety standards.

This house in particular was very technical & interesting to build. It is a timber frame construction which allowed us to fully build this in 8 months!

A traditional 1900’s house was fully refurbished in the centre of Gosforth.
