    Home visits are usually carried out between 7am and 4pm Mon-Fri.

    You will then receive a written quote within 7 -14days.

  • Yes, we have full liability insurance up to 2 million pounds to cover us for all works undertaken.

    We always recommend informing your home insurance provider that you are having work done on the property.

  • Bulldog Building Services offer a 12 month guarantee on all work carried out.

  • We've developed a user-friendly app facilitating seamless communication between customers and staff. This allows you upload documents and images, while efficiently tracking project details such as ‘extras’ and ‘credits’.

    The majority of communication occurs through this however we are always available to speak on the phone in the office or via email.

  • To secure the start date of your project, we ask for a £250 deposit which will be deducted from the final bill.

    We split the total contract value of the building work over the number of weeks that we anticipate the project taking.

    i.e - for a contract of £10,250 that is estimated to take 5 weeks.

    £250 is taken for the deposit and the remaining £10,000 is divided by 5 so we would invoice you £2,000 per week.

    We invoice of customers on a Wednesday and the payment is due on the Friday.
